Latest Surveillance Audit by Intertek Philippines:
The focus of ISO 9001 2015 Surveillance audit is to ensure that an organization is continuing to comply with the standards. This audit is less intensive than the certification audit and not all QMS elements are being reviewed.
Intertek auditor conducted partially remote audit in SDMI last November 3~4, 2022 to examine the organization’s key QMS processes. The result was very satisfying. No major nor Minor non-conformities were observed. A tightly controlled and effective design process being used by design disciplines that ensures compliance to customer requirements was noted and opportunity for improvement was considered in Management Review process. Improving trend in maturity level of major QMS elements was also reported reflecting the concept continuous improvement.
